This policy explains what personal data My audit corner ("we") collects when you use the myauditcorner.com website (the "Site"), why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights. It applies in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
The documents and data that our customers process in the My Audit Corner application (app.myauditcorner.com) are not covered by this page: they are governed by our Terms and conditions and by the data processing agreement entered into with each customer.

Registration for our live webinars takes place on the Contrast platform, which processes your data under its own privacy policy. We receive the list of registrants in order to run the webinar and send you the replay.
The review of applications may be assisted by artificial intelligence tools; no recruitment decision is taken on a solely automated basis.
3. Prospecting
We address professionals in the medical device industry. Where you have given us your business contact details, we may contact you by email or telephone about offers related to your activity. You may object at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to dpo@myauditcorner.com or through the unsubscribe link in our emails.
4. Retention periods
- Prospects and contact requests: 3 years after our last exchange, then deletion.
- Customers: for the duration of the contract, then for the legal retention periods (10 years for accounting records).
- Job applications: for the recruitment process, then no more than 2 years after the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Audience measurement cookies: 13 months maximum; detailed browsing data is kept for 2 months in Google Analytics, with only aggregated statistics retained beyond that.
- Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which you are asked again.
5. Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for the My audit corner team. It is never sold. We use the following providers, who act on our instructions and offer sufficient data protection guarantees:

6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of the providers above are established in the United States. These transfers are covered by the providers' certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You may obtain information about these safeguards by writing to us.
7. Cookies
The Site uses two categories of trackers:
- Strictly necessary: storing your cookie choice in your browser. These do not require your consent.
- Audience measurement (Google Analytics): set only if you click "Accept" in the banner. If you refuse, no Google Analytics script is loaded.
You can change your mind at any time using the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page. The meeting booking tool (Calendly) may set its own cookies when you open it.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to set instructions regarding your data after your death. To exercise them, write to dpo@myauditcorner.com; we reply within one month.
If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority of your country.
9. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted exchanges (HTTPS), access to data limited to those who need it, forms that can only write to authorised tables.
10. Changes
We may update this policy, in particular when our services change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
